Terms of Service

By using Kips Template ("the Service"), provided by Kips Technology ("we", "us"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. License
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service to create and export designs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. The license terminates automatically if you violate these terms.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to designs and assets you create or upload. Because all data is stored locally by default, we make no claim of ownership over your content. If you opt into cloud sync, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you and your authorized collaborators.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, defeat technical measures, or interfere with the Service's intended operation. You agree not to use the Service to build competing AI training corpora or to bulk-scrape templates for redistribution.
4. Templates & built-in assets
Built-in templates, fonts, and assets are licensed for use within designs you create with the Service. You may not redistribute the templates, fonts, or assets themselves outside of derived designs. Some bundled fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License — those licences are preserved alongside the originals.
5. Accounts & security
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or threaten its integrity.
6. Paid plans & billing
Optional paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel any time from your account; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (with reasonable notice for paid plans) and we are not liable for downtime caused by your network, browser, or device.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties — Google Fonts, Google AdSense / AdMob, payment processors, AI providers — each governed by its own terms. By using the Service you also accept those third-party terms where applicable.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from defects, or that data persisted in your browser will not be lost. Always export important work.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kips Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Kips Technology harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of content you create, upload, or distribute through the Service in violation of these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta for any dispute arising under these terms, except where local consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
